And it will be good and nutritious for you and better than having another cup of coffee. Everybody hits the slumps in the afternoons but if your employer is nice enough to allow you to juice at work this can be a great way to get through it. Most people hit an afternoon slump, particularly if they ate certain things during lunch. All of this can be had later in the day so that you can experience a good boost in your energy. Never make the mistake of using juice as a substitute for a meal though. Keep this in mind and try not to rely on it as much.

You need to wash all veggies, but celery, carrots, cucumbers, etc are truly important. You are going to see a pattern with these vegetables and the manner in which they grow. It should also be noted that the countries in South America have a much higher instance of pesticide residue on their fruits and vegetables than those that are grown other places in the world.

If you decide to juice you will increase your level of efficiency and flexibility when it comes to the most important nutrients you can ingest through fruits and vegetables. It is also possible to fix a juice to target and centre on a specific benefit that you need the most in that moment. Some people juice to give themselves a quick burst of energy. This is the flexibility benefit that is available with juicing.
