How To Reveal Your Real Beauty

By Evelyn Eddins

Every single woman is beautiful, both on the inside and on the outside. However, most people do not know how to let their beauty shine. These tips will show you all the different possible ways that you can bring out the best of you and your body.

You must have patience during your path to beauty. Results do not happen overnight; it could take weeks or months to get your look, depending on what you are aiming for. When times get tough, think about how great you are going to look when you reach your goal. This will give you the motivation you need to keep going, even when it seems hopeless.

Take good care of your hair and teeth and they will become natural assets. Brush and floss your teeth twice a day and go to the dentist regularly to have them cleaned and inspected. Wash your hair regularly and use conditioner or a hair mask to give it a healthy glow. Avoid using any other products in your hair; gels and mousses will make it oily and hair dye will make it too dry. You could even learn how to cut your hair yourself if you wish to save money, or choose a hair style that does not require frequent visits to the hairdresser.

If you use powders for your foundation or eye shadow, you likely have experienced cracking, which makes the product crumble and appear to be unfit for future use. It often shatters and becomes a messy experience every time you open the container. Do not throw these products out, though, because there is a simple solution. Open the container with the crumbled powder, and then add several drops of rubbing alcohol, also known as isopropyl alcohol. Mash the powder and alcohol together with a spoon or similar implement, and then let it sit untouched for a few days. The alcohol will dry out and your powder will be compact once again.

Winter may seem to be the perfect time for hot steamy baths, but water that is too hot can rob your skin of precious moisture. Keep the temperature down to make sure that your skin stays soft and smooth all winter long.

It's perfectly fine to experiment with non-traditional colors and false lashes, but it also helps to have a go-to eye makeup look. Applying liner, shadow and mascara in shades that complement your eye color is one of the easiest and most beautiful ways to make your eyes pop. If you have blue eyes, opt for bronze, copper and golden palettes. Brown eyes look bolder with purple-rimmed or deep blue looks, and green eyes become even more stunning against deep, rich colors like eggplant or forest green.

Drink eight to 10 glasses of water. Your body is 60-70% water, and those levels need to be replenished. Every cell in your body uses water, so you need to drink enough water for your cells to work at their optimum level. Water also flushes toxins, so more water means clearer skin too. Water can also keep your skin supple, which means that you can worry less about tight, dry skin; your skin will look younger for a longer period of time.

Always use moisturizer to lock in your skin's moisture and help minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Moisturizer is not just for your face. After bathing, apply moisturizer all over your body while your skin is still damp to help keep your skin in tip top shape.

Avoid bloodshot eyes and big bags under the eyes by making it a point to always get your beauty sleep. Rest is the best beauty product there is!

These inexpensive beauty tips are very simple, but effective. You will be pleased at the results and happy to save a little money besides.
