Fit, Fast and lean doing a kettlebell workout routine

By Chris Rivers

It's no wonder every good gym has an area for them and every good instructor can't seem to go without them, kettlebell workouts give an all over body session that will give you the strength of a bull, physique of a professional boxer and cardiovascular fitness Jessica Ennis has to take note of. And whats more you can burn 400+ calories in as little as 20 minutes.

Also KB exercising is very easy to start up from home and the easiest of the unique exercises they offer are ultimately the best and give the most positive results available. As an example the kettle bell swing; a fundamental exercise but it's without a doubt one of the best fat burning exercises available and is one of the simplest to actually do.

Another key feature of kettle bell workouts are the fact that you can easily get training safely from your own home start to shed some of the excess flab before you even step foot in the gym. Its no secret that many of us are way to overweight and unfortunately this affects our confidence and we put of joining our local health club as a result. But with doing kettlebell workouts at home they give you the opportunity to lose some of the excess weight from the comfort of home whilst increasing your overall health and confidence in the process; plus they are very easy to store and take up minimal space compared to conventional fitness equipment.

But personally for me the most amazing factors of kettle bell workouts is as long as you are continuously moving with the kettlebell you are burning calories and increasing endurance and power. So for example as a beginners KB routine you could do swings for 30 seconds followed by active recovery of around the body pass for 30 seconds; it may sound easy but it's one of my most highly rated beginners workouts because it only consists of 2 exercises and as you get stronger you can increase the speed of the swings until you can go full whack. In fact I still do this very workout at least once a week doing high intensity interval training because it's just so effective in minimal amount of time.

So if you're on the fence about using kettlebells to get fitter, stronger, and leaner it's time to jump down and grab the bell by the horns and swing to a new level of fitness.
