Natural Moisturizer

Aloe vera is easy to grow too. Mixing the gel from aloe vera either with olive oil and coconut can use as daily moisturizer.

Mixing vegetable oil, lemon juice on equally amount can be use and substitute on your lotion. Use it every day and use it for 10 minutes and rinse it after soothing and feel your refreshed skin.

HealthyFace Wash

Natural face wash is not your facial cleanser. However, it gives good effect compared to commercial product which can only cause dermatitis and damage on your skin. Even that they give soothing effect, cosmetic product will later cause side effect from the chemicals use on the product. By mixing 2 tbs. of milk and 1/8 cup of ground almonds plus a tbs. of juice can help exfoliate your skin and wash away dead skin cells.

For those who are suffering from dry skin, mixing cooked oatmeal, yogurt and cucumber juice can use as moisturizer. If you are looking for a health facial mask and deep cleansing, try to apply a mixture of honey and lemon juice on your face. Let it stay for thirty minutes and rinse after. For a better exfoliation, you can blend them with half banana or half of avocado plus a tbs. of olive oil and 2 tbs. of yogurt. Mix them well together and apply on the face. Let it rest on the face for 15 minutes and rinse after with lukewarm water. Banana is a good anti-aging aging fruit as well as it prevents wrinkle formation.
